Each dungeon in One More Delve culminates in a boss fight. Bosses are the most challenging encounters in the game and require the best combination of weapon choice, positioning, and resource management. As of the 1.0 release, there are bosses across all five dungeon levels.

Recommended Strategy for Every Boss
The universal boss strategy, confirmed across multiple review sources:
- Open with magic burst: Dump your full mana pool into the boss as fast as possible during the initial window before they reach you.
- Switch to melee: Once mana is depleted, draw your melee weapon and commit to clean, full swings.
- Watch for parry windows: After the boss finishes an attack combo, there is a brief window to get in and deal damage safely.
- Dodge, do not tank: Even with a shield, attempting to tank a boss’s big hits is costly. Prioritize dodging and positioning.
- In co-op, focus fire: Assign one player to damage the boss while others handle adds.

How hard are bosses compared to regular enemies?
Bosses are significantly harder than any regular enemy. They have larger health pools, more complex attack patterns, and often spawn additional enemies during the fight. A full dungeon clear with boss typically takes 20–40 minutes.
Can I solo boss fights?
Yes. Every boss in One More Delve can be defeated solo. The Dungeon Level 5 boss with high difficulty settings is the most challenging solo encounter and requires well-upgraded gear.
Do bosses drop special loot?
Yes. Boss chests contain the highest-tier loot in each dungeon. Defeating a boss also guarantees a weapon or armor blueprint that can be crafted at the hub forge.
